Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the game "Epoch Shards" collects, why, how long it is kept and how to delete it.
1. Who is responsible
Data operator: Viktor Evgenyevich Shurko, a self-employed individual (professional income tax payer). Contact for any questions or requests: help@epochshards.ru.
2. What we collect
- Game profile: nickname, avatar, completed levels, stars, scores, gold, crionite, boosters, card collection, language and sound settings.
- A service player ID created automatically at install, and a recovery code.
- Purchase data: payment number, amount, what was bought and when. Bank card details are entered with the payment service; we never receive or store them.
- Technical data: game version, language and the IP address in server logs (to prevent abuse and fix errors).
We do not ask for your name, phone or address, we do not read your contacts, and we use no location, advertising IDs, or third-party ad or analytics SDKs.
3. Why we do it
- To keep your progress on a server and restore it on a new device with your code.
- To show the shared player ranking.
- To credit purchases and answer support requests.
- To protect the game from cheating and abuse.
4. Ranking and nickname
Your nickname, avatar and weekly score are visible to other players in the ranking. The nickname is generated automatically and you can change it. Do not put your real name, phone, e-mail or other personal data in it. We may replace a nickname that breaks the rules: insults, other people's data, advertising.
5. Who receives the data
- The payment service that processes ruble payments: it receives the data needed for the payment.
- RuStore, the store that distributes the game.
We do not sell data or pass it to ad networks. Data may be given to public authorities only where the law expressly requires it.
6. Where and for how long
Data is stored on a server located in the Russian Federation. We keep it while you play. A profile not opened for more than three years is deleted. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax reporting.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, correct it, withdraw consent and request deletion of your profile. Write to help@epochshards.ru with your recovery code or nickname: we will reply and delete the data within 30 days. Deleted progress cannot be restored.
8. Children
The game has no ads, chat or messaging between players. If you are under 14, play with a parent's consent. Real-money purchases are for adults or made with a guardian's consent.
9. Security
Traffic to the server uses a secure connection. The recovery code gives access to your profile: do not share it.
10. Changes
If the policy changes, the new version appears in the game, and for significant changes we will ask for consent again. Revision 1.0 of 2026-10-09.
